Dawn Griffiths
A seasoned sales professional originally licensed to sell real estate in 2000 is very familiar with the neighborhoods throughout North County San Diego. She is available by appointment but you can usually find her at the Rancho Carlsbad Home Sales office in Carlsbad on Mondays taking walk-in clients. She specializes in helping the over 55 population and stages homes for clients if needed.
She works directly with the Broker, Carin Molin on all sales and listings. She also has experience in Property Management if you find yourself needing someone to help manage or lease your home.
