About Carin
Carin Molin became a licensed Realtor in California in 1989. She has an extensive educational background including a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from National University La Jolla and an Associates Degree in International Hospitality Management from Gothenburg, Sweden. She also studied various International courses at Brighton University and Bornemouthe University in England, and Cornell University in France.
She holds the GRI designation which consists of studying 14 different real estate subjects and passing exams through the Graduate Realtor Institute which is an extensive real estate course typically taken in 12 months time. Carin holds an e-Pro designation, which is the real estate industry’s educational course in conducting business over the internet with today’s high tech options. In addition she earned her Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Designation, which trains realtors to specialize as experts in second home investment opportunities. She is the managing Broker of Top Agent Realty Group, Inc. Carin has typically one or two agents who work directly under her supervision.
Carin specializes in Luxury Property Management, Residential resale and new homes in Southern California from Ventura County to South San Diego. Larger estate properties to smaller investment condo’s with the passion of connecting the right property with the right person all while having the experience to catch and advise her clients before committing to something on a whim or purely emotional basis. Carin is cool under pressure and has a good poker-face when negotiating the best situation for her clients and deals that she is still passionate about after 3 decades!
