In 2010, she moved to Encinitas and fell in love with southern California.
Her journey later led her to Houston, Texas, where she expanded her experience as both an agent and investor—successfully buying and selling over $10 million in real estate alongside her fiancé. This hands-on knowledge gives her unique insight into both sides of every transaction.
In 2025, Aneta returned to her previous home base in coastal California, joining the boutique real estate office of Top Agent Inc/ éclat luxury real estate in Carlsbad to serve clients in both San Diego and Los Angeles and surrounding luxury markets.
