He is the sometimes unbelievable under current to a smooth closing! Most people have no idea what sometimes happens with a Cloud on Title! Or an unknown lien, or all kinds of interesting things people never tend to investigate before getting into escrow. Even real estate agent dont usually do this in advance.. Sometimes these Clouds even kill the deal. My favorite deal with him so far was a property I sold and represented the 11 sellers! Two with the same exact names, and two were dead! It was interesting!
