Bressi Ranch was built between 2005 and 2007 for the most part with homes ranging from aproximately 2,000 to 6,000 square feet. Lots range from 1/4 acre to 1/2 acres. It is a master planned community with lush landscaping and common areas for residents to enjoy such as community Resort Style Club house and pool areas including a wading pool, spa and Barbecue area, and outdoor fireplace. This main hub is called Bressi Commons with its largest park surrounding it and is a central part of the community. There are eight parks total, each with a different theme depending on your mood or activity! Surrounding Bressi Ranch is about 200 acres of untouched natural space that is part of Carlsbad large protected land for future generations to enjoy!
This is a highly walkable community with local trails to real shopping needs within blocks of most homes! Local stores include Trader Joe's, Stater Brother's, several restaurants, dentists, hair, fitness, and more! There is a Boy's and Girl's Club, and an ActivCare Senior Memory Care Facility also located within the community.
