Dawn Griffiths
Dawn specializes in helping Carin with the over 55 population and helps prepare and stage homes before Carin puts them on the market. She also coordinates meeting and showings and interacts with clients with her ever friendly disposition.
Dawn has an extensive background with luxury make up and was a make up artist for José Eber Salon at the Four Season’s Resort in Aviara, Carlsbad. She still does make up for select clientele privately. She lives in Encinitas with her husband Dave and nearby grown daughter and grand kids. She has been a swimmer all her life and enjoys beach time with her grand kids. Besides coastal San Diego, her favorite place is visiting Hawaii.
She has had a real estate license for decades, but really didn’t utilize it as a licensed agent.. Now she is semi-retired and lets Carin do the real estate paperwork and all real estate negotiating.
