Bio:

Carin is originally from Sweden and still has family that she visits back there.  She grew up traveling back and forth from mostly Los Angeles and northern Sweden where she still has cousins that are more like her brothers and sisters, and one grandmother who is still active and peppy in her 90's!   Carin has always been outgoing and loves interacting with people.  She tries to keep a balance with work, play, and rest to keep her rejuvinated during the week.   She loves the outdoors, which is part of the reason she landed in San Diego county with so many outdoor activities available year round.   Her Swedish background and international education gives her a unique perspective of dealing with different backgrounds and personality types.  She also knows what it is like to move (many times over) into a new area and look for work and new friends.  Although real estate is her main activity, she keeps active with several other interests including health and fitness.  She is currently studying 'Pilates' which is her favourite fitness routine for overall flexibilty and strength.   A disiplined person with lots of interests, she keeps busy and loves the opportunity for making new friends and learning new things.

Carin became a licensed Realtor in California in 1989. She has an extensive educational background including a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from National University La Jolla  and an Associates Degree in International Hospitality Management from Gothenburg, Sweden.   She also has studied various International courses at Brighton University and Bornemouthe University in England, and Cornell University in France.   Carin holds the GRI designation which consists of studying 14 different real estate subjects and passing exams through the Graduate Realtor Institute which is an extensive real estate course typically taken in 12 months time.  Carin holds an e-Pro designation, which is the real estate industry's educational course in conducting business over the internet with today's high tech options.  In addition she earned her  Resort and Second Home Property Specialist  Designation, which trains realtors to specialize as experts in second home investment opportunities.  She is also the managing Broker of  Top Agent, Inc .
